1. Check the care labels of the items and make sure they can be laundered and tumbled dried. Erinz Laundrette will not be liable for items sent for the wrong service.
2. Please remove all items from your pockets prior to bagging your laundry. Pens, make-up, and other comparable items can cause loads of laundry to be damaged.
3. Make sure you add your care preference whilst booking the service.
4. Please advise if allergic to certain types of detergent
